Summary: Absolutely perfect! This house was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing and perfectly positioned so that there was some shade later in the day, and the pool umbrella was extremely helpful when there wasn't. Tony was very quick to respond to my messages, and made checking in and checking out a breeze.Highly recommend!!!!

Summary: We came to visit my daughter and wanted a nice place to stay that was centrally located and would be comfortable to just hang out. This property hit all the marks! Not only was the location great the property itself was better than advertised! The house is very well appointed, every amenity you could want, decorated nicely and the beds were super comfortable. Extremely clean as well, we spent time both inside and out and were very satisfied with both areas. The back yard is amazing! We spent most of our time outside. The pool is perfect, great size and temperature and the view onto the golf course makes you feel like you are at a resort. The outside cook and dining area provided the perfect place to have early breakfast and watch the sun come up. We did not use the fire pit seating area as it was a bit warm, we pretty much stayed in the pool until late but in cooler weather it would have been a great place for drinks and conversation! Check in and out were super simple, we had no need to contact the managers as everything was in working order, clean and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here when we come down again.

Summary: The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean with functional amenities, including tupperware! That was awesome for left overs and a rare treat in a rental. The master was spectacular with the huge master bath. The 2 other rooms were great for the kids. Use of the garage was a huge help keeping the car cooler. Again, a rarity when renting a home. Beds comfy, ambiance was simple and fitting for the area. We loved having a washer and dryer available, especially with the kids. We also didn't need to pack as much if we stayed at a hotel. The pool was a huge hit with the entire family. It was enjoyable for everyone with seats, and a deeper middle section. There was plenty of shade in the back so we could watch the kids without having to be in the pool or bake in the sun. We even lit the fire place one night (even if it was 100). The hosts checked in to see if we needed anything, which we appreciated. I recommend this gem at the end of a cul de sac and a wonderful neighborhood.
